Offline for security updates

In response to a global security incident, we have taken this site offline as a precaution while we apply critical patches to keep your data secure.

PHP, a technology used by most websites worldwide, has two newly identified vulnerabilities that can be exploited to compromise server security. These vulnerabilities are already being exploited, and until the fix is released there is no way to patch against them.

This means we are forced to take this site down to keep your data safe.

Patch due 3PM UK / 10AM ET We will apply it the moment it is released.

We will then need to run extensive validation checks, and at this time we do not know how long these will take. We estimate 1-2 hours and will post an update once we know more.

Both the old and new versions of webmail are offline.
IMAP/POP emailUnaffected

Premium email customers can still send and receive email in their email clients over IMAP/POP and SMTP. Outlook, Mac Mail and phone apps will all keep working.
